Cranberry Promenade
Located at Ogle View Rd and Rt. 19, The Promenade’s atmosphere is what will distinguish it from other Cranberry developments. Sidewalks will connect the site’s 10 buildings, the largest of which measures 40,000 square feet. The smaller buildings are arranged along an internal main street with on-street parking. A small park will form the focal point of the shopping area. Located in the heart of the Cranberry Township shopping district along Rt. 19, Cranberry Promenade will be the first development proposed for Cranberry’s new mixed use zoning district.
Project appears to be approved in 2010 by the city with a ground breaking scheduled for late summer/early fall 2010.
